Meet Sofia Bulga: One of Tsukimichi’s Strongest Adventurers
Sofia Bulga played a big role in Tsukimichi: Moonlit Fantasy season 1. During the first season’s final episode, she revealed that she has joined the Demon Army intending to destroy humanity.
She managed to sever two of Makoto Misumi's fingers, showing just how strong she was. Of course, she was able to do little else soon after, as Makoto removed all his mana-suppressing equipment.
Makoto was able to teleport away, meaning Sofia and Lancer were able to survive the attack, and they soon swore revenge.
In season 2 episode 12, Sofia and Lancer were shown once again, this time, they have their sights set on Luto and the greater dragons.

How Is Sofia Bulga Related to Luto in Tsukimichi?
The Tsukimichi anime's latest episode featured a reveal about Sofia’s connection to Miranda, Jin Rohan's childhood friend.
More importantly, though, the episode also revealed Sofia and Luto’s relationship.
Sofia and Lancer are shown in the same place where Miranda and Jin last saw each other. She revealed that the place was a workshop of Luto.
There, Sofia also said that she discovered how she was Luto's creation, meaning Luto is effectively Sofia’s parent.
It’s not clear how Luto created Sofia, but what’s sure is that Sofia now aims to consume the dragon.

Who Is the Great Dragon Luto in Tsukimichi?
Luto is a powerful greater dragon who can take the form of a human. This is shown in the second season’s ninth episode, as he transforms from a man to a woman to tease Makoto.
Despite Luto’s playful and flirty personality, the dragon is a powerful being who will play a big role in the series’ upcoming events.
As Sofia has her sights set on Luto, this is also likely setting up another confrontation between her and Makoto.
