The first release of DC is finally arriving soon and it is expected to be a family movie, so, what is Shazam! Fury of the Gods rated? Will it be safe for parents to bring kids to the theaters to watch the film or is it a no-children zone?
What is Shazam! Fury of the Gods Rated, Is It Safe For Kids?
Well, it could be considered as kid-friendly but Shazam! Fury of the Gods is currently given a rating of PG-13 which means that there are some scenes which may not be suitable for children or would need some guidance from the parents for them to understand the film.
Under the Motion Picture Association film rating system, a PG-13 rating means that parents are cautioned that some scenes may not be appropriate for kids that are aged under 13 years old, may it be some strong language, sexual scenes, or some level of violence.
With Shazam! Fury of the Gods, it is expected to have some strong language and violence considering that the movie will be having action scenes that could not be suitable for kids, thus, parents are strongly cautioned to keep watch of their children should they watch it together.

Shazam! Fury of the Gods is starred by Zachary Levi and Asher Angel as Billy Batson, Jack Dylan Grazer as Freddy, Adam Brody as Shazam! Freddy, Faithe Herman as Darla, Meagan Good as Shazam! Darla, and Grace Fulton as Mary Bromfield.
Also included in the cast are Ian Chen as Eugene Choi, Ross Butler as Shazam! Eugene, Jovan Armand as Pedro Pena, D.J. Cotrona as Shazam! Pedro, Marta Milans as Rosa Vasquez, and Cooper Andrews as Victor Vasquez.
Djimon Hounsou is expected to return as the wizard, and Rachel Zegler as Anthea, the surprise character in the film. The Daughters of Atlas, the villains of Shazam! Fury of the Gods, are Lucy Liu as Kalypso, and Helen Mirren as Hespera.
Shazam! Fury of the Gods is slated for a theatrical release on March 17, 2023.
