Police University episode 4 is filled with tension and mystery as Yoo Dong Man closes in on the ones related to the illegal gambling site he was so dedicated to solving. Now on its episode 4, Police University premiered on August 9, 2021, and has been gaining lots of attention from viewers worldwide.

What happened in Police University episode 4?
We were left with Yoo Dong Man revealing to Kang Sun Ho that he was the one he is talking to online with the nickname "Bird." The detective-turned-professor decides to ask for help to chase the ones responsible for the illegal gambling site and make use of Kang Sun Ho's hacking skills.
However, Kang Sun Ho felt deceived as he thought the person he is talking to online is a Computer Science college student and not a police officer. Yoo Dong Man explained that he just recently found out about Kang Sun Ho's online hacker identity and wanted to pretend to not know about it but because of what happened to his colleague Chul Jin, he decided to approach the younger for help.

Yoo Dong Man believed that the person who hurt Chul Jin is involved with the illegal gambling site that Kang Sun Ho managed to hack before. Shocked in disbelief, Kang Sun Ho asked if he only let him get admitted into the university because he needed his help.
Remembering the words Yoo Dong Man told the young Kang Sun Ho about doing a bad thing more than once will get easier, the latter questions if getting into the illegal gambling site's system will make hacking legal. He quotes "The first time is hard. It's easy the next time around. And by the third time, you won't even feel guilty." This is why Kang Sun Ho promised himself that he will abide by the rules and never break any of them.

Kang Sun Ho contemplates which university club to enter
As freshmen, the students have to choose which university club to enter. Some find it hard to identify which organization they fit in, but a few already decided where to sign up. In particular, Oh Kang Hee decides to sign up for the student council as well as Park Min Kyu.
Seeing the two having a moment for the student council application, Kang Sun Ho feels a little bit intimidated. The Judo teacher then approaches him and convinces him to join the Judo club, quoting that "None but the strong men deserve the beauty."

In the library, Oh Kang Hee approaches the worried Kang Sun Ho and gives him a pointer on finding the answer to Professor Kwon's question in their first class. A tension then grows between Kang Sun Ho and Min Kyu as they both announce the rivalries to win Oh Kang Hee's heart.
Determined to be strong and capable of chasing down criminals, Kang Sun Ho joins the Judo club alongside his closest friends No Bum Tae and Jo Joon Wook.
The students question Oh Kang Hee's dreams to be a police officer
When the students found out about Oh Kang Hee's mother getting abducted four times due to gambling, she tries to tolerate being bashed and bullied. The rumors started to get worse as a video went viral on the university's online community. The video was filmed outside the university when Oh Kang Hee's mother got arrested.
Filled with concern, Kang Sun Ho does his best to protect Oh Kang Hee. He hacks into the online community's system to delete the video. He then went into a small investigation to identify who posted the video and figured out it was his classmate, Cha Sung Soo.

Yoo Dong Man ventures on finding out the ones behind the illegal gambling site
Being the passionate officer that he is, Yoo Dong Man physically investigates what happened to his colleague Chul Jin. He visits all the truck owners to retrieve a copy of their black box with the hopes of getting a clue.
Kang Sun Ho went with him and they investigate the case together. With the black box recording they retrieved from a truck owner on the site where the accident happened, they found out the car's plate number, which is present at the crime scene.

Smelling something fishy, they went onto the police station and singled out a superior in the police station. However, without any hard evidence to prove his claims, Yoo Dong Man faces a dead end.
The next morning, Chul Jin awakens but does not remember anything about the incident. Meanwhile, Kang Sun Ho contemplates whether to accept Yoo Dong Man's request for his help.
