The Marvel fandom has some of the most creative and fun people. Today, a group of fans demonstrated that just by recreating the first trailer for Avengers: Endgame to imagine what it will look like if it was low-budget.
Obviously, with small financing, the first one to suffer is the CGI. Here, you see hilarious mini versions of the digitally created locations. Rocket definitely got the shorter end of the stick here because it looks like he was just a plushie!
The Nebula costume was done dirty either because it is basically black clothing and a white plastic bag over the head. The same plastic bag seems appears to have been used for Black Widow's short blonde hair in the low-budget Avengers: Endgame trailer, so yes to more savings!
As you can expect, the Ant-Man scene will be difficult to pull off with not much financial resources to work with. It definitely shows because he looked no more than a cardboard cutout for the whole thing. Captain America's close-up shot was just too funny with that horrible cowl.
As you would expect, the part where Thor summons his Stormbreaker in front of Captain Marvel wasn't achieved without practical help, and you see a hand bring the weapon to the hero. The wide shot of that scene reveals he had an ironing board.
The part with the team wearing white suits as they walk dramatically in slow motion actually wasn't that bad in the low-budget Avengers: Endgame trailer. Watch the video below, which includes a comparison with the original trailer.
