The trailer of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts released during the first week of December at the CCXP in São Paulo, Brazil, and it sets a new record for Paramount regarding the viewership that they received when the teaser was dropped.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts got everyone excited with the return of the beloved franchise to the big screens as the first teaser for it has been dropped at CCXP, and according to The Wrap, the trailer received a staggering high viewership of 494 million global, cross-platform views.
Boasting 494 million views across social media platforms, Transformers: Rise of the Beasts made it higher than the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 trailer which reportedly had 182 million views, and Indiana Jones with around 77 million views.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is off to a good start with the prequel film of the franchise, taking everyone back to the 90s from when the factions are just starting on their own agenda, and to when Optimus Prime decided to side with humanity.

Steven Capale Jr., director of Creed II, handles the direction of Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, the seventh movie of the franchise. It will be adapting the Beast Wars storyline.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts stars Anthony Ramos as Noah, Dominique Fishback as Elena, and Luna Lauren Vélez. The iconic voice of Peter Cullen will be back as Optimus Prime. The Autobots include Pete Davidson as Mirage, John DiMaggio as Stratosphere, Liza Koshy as Arcee, and Cristo Fernández as Wheeljack.
The Maximals will be voiced by Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal, Michelle Yeoh as Airazor, and David Sobolov as Rhinox. As for the Terrorcons, they are voiced by Peter Dinklage as Scourge, David Sobolov as Battletrap, Michaela Jae Rodriquez as Nightbird, and Tobe Nwigwe as Reek.
Transformers: Rise of the Beasts is slated for a theatrical release on June 9, 2023.
