While Takemichi's efforts in the Tenjiku arc made the Tokyo Manji Gang disband in the present, Manjiro "Mikey" Sano rose to power as he became the leader of the largest crime syndicate in the Bonten arc.
Things would even become more complicated as Takemichi tries to save Mikey and everyone's future.
