The very first meeting of Takemichi's new team has begun! Takemichi steps up as the leader, and it feels pretty good to see many of the beloved characters back together again. The last battle in the final arc of Tokyo Revengers is about to begin!

Tokyo Revengers Chapter 242 Recap
At the beginning of the chapter, Takemichi reminisces on a few memories involving Mikey and Draken — from when Mikey gave him the twin of his bike to his first Toman uniform.
The chapter also shows that Mitsuya told Takemichi it would be better if he's the one who comes up with the name of the team. Taking the bike and the Toman uniform into thought, Takemichi decides to create the second generation of the Tokyo Manji Gang.
On August 31st, they begin their first meeting at Musashi Shrine, same as always. Smiley is the captain of the fourth division, while Angry is the vice-captain. Pah-chin is the captain for the third division, while Peh-yan is the vice-captain. Akkun, Yamagishi, Takuya, and Makoto are members of the first division.
Mitsuya leads the second division as captain, with Hakkai as his vice-captain. Senju serves as the fifth division captain, while Inui is the first division's captain. Takemichi is the president, while Chifuyu is the vice-president.
Takemichi begins his speech by apologizing to them for dragging them into the situation. He tells them the loss from The War of the Three Deities brought him down, but he remains strong. He knows that Mikey isn't the same person he once was, and Takemichi hopes to bring back the old Mikey.
However, he also wants to win against Mikey. Therefore, Tokyo Manji Gang's goal is to defeat Kanto Manji Gang. Takemichi says he'll assure victory no matter what happens, and he won't give up either.
He encourages everyone to join him in this endeavor since this fight isn't solely his. He calls it "our revenge."
