Doctor Who did not just boost David Tennant's acting career, but even the longest sci-fi series itself. Of all the Doctors on their roster, the Tenth has returned in more ways than one since Tennant's debut.
What would you say to another comeback, though?
Could David Tennant Reprise His Doctor Who Role?

With the Doctor Who series not stopping anytime soon, there's a chance we might get to see Tennant return for another run in the Tardis! Appearing together at LA Comic Con, which took place September 26-28, Tennant and Billie Piper, who played Rose Tyler to Tennant's Doctor Who, were asked if they would be down to reprise their characters for a potential movie.
Unsurprisingly to fans, both were enthused at the thought of the big screens!
"I always was pitching for that," Piper said.
"Where's the film?" Tennant added, "We're available!"
While Rose Tyler appeared as the Ninth Doctor's companion, her run and chemistry with the Tenth Doctor garnered more fans than the series anticipated. Thus, it was no surprise that Rose turned into the latest Doctor Who in the series.
These two have appeared multiple times after their stints as the main Doctor and companion were over. This includes The Day of the Doctor, Doctor Who's 50th anniversary special episode, which was also shown in select movie theaters.
However, while they have technically appeared on the big screens before, this would be different. This time, the story would be meant for a theatrical run.
"I loved it that people went to see the last Doctor Who episode in the cinema," Piper said, "I just loved that. I would love the Doctor Who experience on the big screen. They're sort of like films, anyway."
How Many Times Has Tennant Played the Doctor?

Tennant initially made his run as the Tenth Doctor for three regular seasons in 2005. The Tenth Doctor ran for seasons 2, 3, and 4, and then returned for the 60th anniversary special as the Fourteenth Doctor for a short time.
As previously mentioned, Tennant has also been featured in The Day of the Doctor and the 50th anniversary special. But in total, Tennant has played the Doctor twice on the regular series, and if the Doctor Who movie really does include him, then this cinematic comeback would be his third charm.
The future of Doctor Who is still up in the air, but what are your thoughts on yet another adventure with Rose Tyler and the Doctor on the big screens?
