There’s A Spider-Man Easter Egg Hidden In Daredevil Season 3

Warning: This article contains slight spoilers for Daredevil season 3.

Tom Holland's Spider-Man might never swing his way to Marvel TV's string of Netflix series, but it looks like Peter Parker's name, as well as Mile Morales', made a short cameo in the third season of Marvel's Daredevil.

With the new batch of episodes up for streaming on Netflix, fans have been binging their way through the series to check out the show's latest developments as well as the various references and Easter Eggs are hidden in the new season.

One of these Easter Eggs includes a fun reference to two different versions of Spidey – one by Peter Parker, and one by Miles Morales. Check it out down here:

Seen in the poster in this image is a boxing match between Parker and Morales, the two characters who eventually become Spider-Man in different universes of Marvel. Though some would say that the Easter Egg could simply be a coincidence, most of those who've already seen the new batch of episodes of Daredevil want to believe that the poster is a deliberate reference to the web crawler.

It's a pretty timely Easter Egg too. While we've yet to see Miles Morales make it to the big screen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, we're about to see the character meet up with Peter Parker in the animated movie, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

With great reviews from fans, Daredevil season 3 is coming on strong. Hopefully, that's enough to distract fans from the recent cancellation of both Iron Fist and Luke Cage.

Daredevil season 3 is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
