The long wait is over as The Penthouse stars Lee Ji Ah, Uhm Ki Joon, Kim So Yeon, Yoon Jong Hoon are reuniting for a special project under TVING.

The beloved characters of Hera Palace are teaming up once again to star in a pandemic-theme short film.

The Penthouse Cast Confirmed to Headline It's Alright

According to Soompi, the forthcoming project is a six-part black comedy helmed by Joo Dong Min, also being the PD's directorial debut.

Set to be released under TVING's original All Viewers+: Shortbuster, the surprising short film titled It's Alright will highlight a timely subject since it will focus on modern-day society and the people living during the pandemic.

As mentioned, viewers will see several familiar faces featuring The Penthouse cast–it includes the award-winning actress Kim So Yeon, who played the role of soprano player and Cheong-A High School director Cheon Seo Jin.

In addition, Lee Ji Ah and Uhm Ki Joon, who took the role of Shim Soo Ryun and the Hera Palace chairman Joo Dan Tae, will also join the cast lineup.

Capping off the star-studded cast of It's Alright are Yoon Jong Hoon, Shim Eun Kyung, Bong Tae Gyu, and Yoon Joo Hee.

The media outlet also noted that despite the casts' busy schedule with their respective projects, they "gladly expressed their intentions to participate in the production."

Following the cast confirmation, TVING revealed that It's Alright release date is set to premiere in April 2022.

Interestingly, this is not the first time that the Hera Palace men will star in a different project aside from The Penthouse.

In September 2021, just weeks after the season 3 finale aired, Uhm Ki Joon, Bong Tae Kyu and Yoon Jong Hoon starred as main hosts of tvN's healing reality program We Don't Bite: Villains in the Countryside.

The show's central theme is to spend a vacation in the suburbs, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

In a special hideout, they invite their guests featuring The Penthouse co-stars. Lee Ji Ah, Han Ji Hyun, Kim So Yeon, Kim Young Dae and more joined the trio on a memorable trip.
