The Killer's Shopping List is introducing its cast members little by little, and AOA Seolhyun’s stills recently turned future viewers’ heads.
The Killer's Shopping List, based on Kang Ji Young’s novel of the same name, is a comedy-mystery thriller that tells the story of a murder case on the outskirts of Seoul. A supermarket receipt becomes evidence when a murdered body is found near an apartment building.
Former Running Man star Lee Kwang Soo will play Dae Sung’s role, a part-time worker at MS Mart who has an excellent memory. His girlfriend, Seolhyun’s Do Ah Hee, works as a police officer. The two characters then join forces to solve the mysterious murder case and fun hunt for the killer.
Before the release, the upcoming K-drama dropped the first look of Seolhyun’s characters through new stills.

AOA Seolhyun Is a Brave Police Officer in The Killer's Shopping List
tvN, through Xports News, released new images featuring Seoulhyun’s Do Ah Hee. The police officer in the drama shows her eagerness to maintain the peacefulness in her neighborhood while effortlessly showing off her charms.
One photo shows her as she works at the police station, where she helps people in need. Another still highlights her passion when she is boxing.
The first photos of the character already hint at her capacity to get the justice a person deserves.

“[Do Ah Hee] is an eccentric character who is honest and goes straight towards a goal.” She shared one key point to look forward to, saying, “In the drama, Ahn Dae Sung constantly gets wronged. It’ll be fun to look for those parts,” the K-pop idol-turned-actress said.
Seolhyun will work alongside Lee Kwang Soo and Jin Hee Kyung in the drama. Other cast members include Shin Sung Woo, Jang Won Young, Moon Hee Kyung, Kim Mi Hwa, Park Ji Bin, Ryu Yeon Seok, Lee Kyo Yeob, Oh Hye Won, and Bae Myung Jin.

Director Lee Eon Hee recently told their future viewers how the supermarket in the series would play a huge role since it is where the murderer buys his weapon.
“As I started this drama, I started paying more attention to local supermarkets. The drama contains events that could happen at any of your corner supermarkets. That’s why families, friends, everyone can watch it together and relate to it in a meaningful way,” she said.
She added that the viewers should look forward to seeing the drama since it would remind them of their local supermarket while having fun watching the cast members solve the crime.
