The Great Jahy Will Not Be Defeated! follows the story of Jahy, the Demon Realm's number two authority figure. Following the realm's destruction, she finds herself on Earth in the form of a small girl.

The episode focuses on Jahy's attempt to find a mana crystal. She uses her necklace as a sort of detector that will lead her to the closest one. While on her search, she runs into Druj, one of her underlings from the Demon Realm.
Druj absolutely admires Jahy and was so glad to finally see her. Druj tells Jahy that she goes by the name Dojima in the human world. The two of them catch up. It turns out she's filthy rich—which annoys Jahy, considering her current living conditions.
Jahy continues to search for a mana crystal located in the mountains. Everything that could go wrong happened. She lost her food and supplies, and a crow took her necklace. In addition, it started raining hard. As she lays on the ground and contemplates, a small baby bird next to her fell from its nest. Despite being injured after slipping, she climbs the tree to return the baby bird.
Upon reaching the nest, she finds her silver lining. Her necklace was there, along with a chunk of a mana crystal. Unfortunately, this still came with a price—the money she spent for her supplies was absolutely gone.
