Spider-Man for the PS4 had a lot of great costumes, and players were able to put on skins for Tobey Maguire's Spider-Man as well as Tom Holland's. A lot of people had been asking for Andrew Garfield's suit from The Amazing Spider-Man, and though it never came for the PS4, it will be available for the PS5 remaster.
As announced on the PlayStation Blog, the TASM suit will be free to use for players. Check it out:
That's right, The Amazing Suit has arrived as one of three new suits in the game. It's the perfect suit to wear as you attempt to earn the Platinum trophy in Marvel's Spider-Man: Remastered.
Admittedly, this version of the suit needed time to grow on audiences, as a lot of people were taken back by the choice of yellow eyes on Spider-Man. If anything, the suit was greatly improved by the second movie with the huge white goggles—too bad the story wasn't any better.
So far, this looks to be the only extra skin coming to the remastered version of the game—that is if you don't count the entirely new face Peter Parker is getting. While some people online are still clamoring to #BringBackBubniak, I think that the new face actually looks fine. If anything, I always thought the original face didn't even look that good, but that's just me. Maybe Insomniac can give players the option to switch faces? Hopefully, that won't be too hard to do.
Spider-Man: Remastered comes out along with Spider-Man: Miles Morales on Nov. 12.
