T-ARA made their fans' November complete by announcing their first comeback in four years.
Dingo officially dropped the concept images for the scheduled return, showing the sophisticated members wearing all-black ensembles and female-version cowboy costumes.
As members – Jiyeon, Qri, Hyomin, and Eunjung – finally marked their return, critical information about their comeback shocked their fans.
T-ARA Used Their Own Money For TIKI TAKA Promotion
A Korean fan shared a thread on an online community forum, saying, "Wow, they said they made a comeback after 4 years, without a company and using their personal funds..." T-ARA has not revealed why they chose to spend their own money to fund their comeback.
Still, internet users, as reported by AllKpop, immediately lauded the K-pop girl group for their efforts and asked everyone else to stream T-ARA's new music. One suggested that T-ARA's All Kill has similar vibes to the girl group's previous hit song, Day By Day. Thus, they retained the group's branding to expand their empire even more.
Meanwhile, others said T-ARA's fans probably feel emotional after learning their efforts to push through their return plans. Fortunately – as usual – the group did not disappoint with their track and surprised them with addicting music.
T-ARA's new album features two title tracks, All Kill and TIKI TAKA – with the latter telling a story about toxic love.
T-ARA's Comeback Is Group's 12th Anniversary Gift For Fans
Their arrival came over three months after the four members first shared their plans on making a comeback. During their appearance on V Live, Hyomin said they had been talking about reuniting but ended up dealing with obstacles.
"But now, it seems to be the right time," she said, as translated by Soompi. "This time, however, we think we've found an opportunity, and I think it's the right time for us to take advantage of that opportunity."
TIKI TAKA follows the group's 2017 ninth mini-album, What's My Name?. They officially went on an indefinite hiatus after leaving MBK Entertainment. It previously had five original members, but only Hyomin and Jiyeon stayed among them.
