On February 10, the girl group member announced her marriage plans with Hwang Jae Gyun through a handwritten letter that she posted on her Instagram account.

Alongside the handwritten letter were photos of Jiyeon and his boyfriend, Hwang Jae Gyun. Last month, Hwang Jae Gyun appeared on the KBS2TV program Mr. House Husband and announced that he has a girlfriend with who he has been dating for four months.
The baseball player also hinted at Jiyeon’s identity when he danced to T-Ara on the MBC program I Live Alone.
Jae Gyun also expressed his feelings as the couple announced their upcoming wedding. “I have someone whom I want to be with for the rest of my life, and I decided to get married to her. She is someone who helped me a lot by firmly holding my hand and being next to me when I was having a hard time last year.”
