After recently releasing the short Tales of the Empire series, Lucasfilm is about to debut another show centering Lee Jung-Jae and Amandla Stenberg's characters. But who is Osha in Star Wars: The Acolyte?
Apart from being a relatively new character added to the franchise's roster, Osha's identity is far more than simply being the former apprentice of Jedi Master Sol (Lee Jung-Jae).
That said, in one of the multiple teasers and trailers for The Acolyte, Star Wars fans noticed a potentially major spoiler to the upcoming series. Hear some of their bizarre theories here.
Star Wars: The Acolyte Teaser Sparks Twin Rumors Amid Subtitle Changes
The Acolyte trailer teases what happened between Jedi Master Sol and his former apprentice, Mae (played by Amandla Stenberg), and how he used to train her up until she became a "student of the Dark Side" — an Acolyte.
From the teaser clip, titled Plan, Mae's voice can be heard in the background pleading to her former master that she "didn't do it! Believe me." This leads some fans scratching their head at the smallest change in her tone.
The Mae we've been shown in the trailer seems more reserved before striking back, which is opposite to the Mae we saw in the brief scene on the mountains as she looked back at Sol. This is where the fan theories come in.

Spoilery Detail About Osha Sends Fans Into a Frenzy
Apparently, the original subtitles for the video referred to Stenberg as "Osha" instead of "Mae." This fed fans into thinking that Mae has a twin.
According to some fans, Mae and Osha could be "distinguished" based on their clothing, mannerisms, stance, and quite possibly in their to-be roles in The Acolyte.
In this case, Mae may be the former Jedi that Sol trained but remained on the Light Side, while Osha is the twin sister who seemingly became the Acolyte on the Dark Side.
Take these with a grain of salt, especially considering that these are merely theories from Star Wars fans.
Nothing has been confirmed of Osha being Mae's twin or alternate versions in The Acolyte, or which one belongs on the Light and Dark Sides. For now, at least.
Don't miss the premiere of the first two episodes of Star Wars: The Acolyte on Disney+ this June 4.
