The Skywalker Saga may have concluded but that doesn't spell the end for some of Star Wars' most beloved characters who are expected to come back on the big screen.
After it was announced earlier this year that Daisy Ridley would continue his galactic journey as Rey Skywalker, speculation naturally escalated regarding the possibility of other sequel trilogy characters showing up in the film centered on the polarizing character establishing her own Jedi Order.
Apart from the alleged appearances by Anakin and Luke Skywalker, there are also rumored returns that would be a no-brainer. However, it looks like a fan-favorite protagonist might not be involved in the franchise's next film and it will surely infuriate many.

Of course, nothing official has been made yet, and assuming the leak is actually well-founded, there's still a huge chance that Poe could make his way to the film's plot. After all, a reunion wouldn't be complete without him.
Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy's Star Wars film is reportedly hitting cinemas in 2026.
