While there are a lot of things to be excited about when it comes to Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, probably one of the most anticipated is the appearance of "Dark Rey." We don't know what she is officially, but the best guess is that she's a Force vision. What's cool is, she has a double-bladed lightsaber, and thanks to EFX Collectibles, we have a closer look.

While I think the idea that the lightsaber folds out is kind of corny, I guess it kind of works for whatever J.J. Abrams is planning. Can Rey fold it while fighting, like a butterfly knife? Would that even look cool? I mean, the crossguard saber had a lot of haters when it was first revealed, but everyone seems to be fine with it now; maybe it will be the same for this weapon.
Personally, I'm hoping to see Dark Rey in action. It would be such a waste to see her with her saber and not really do anything. While I'm almost sure she'll be fighting Rey like Captain America fights himself in Endgame, I would love to see it go up against a "Light Ben" which could be the vision for Kylo Ren.
For now, everyone anxiously anticipating the release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. It's going to be the end of the Sequel Trilogy after only 4 years, and it will also act as the end of the entire Skywalker Saga which has been going on for 40 years.
Catch Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker when it comes out Dec. 20.
