It looks like Tom Holland isn't the only one who's hoping to see himself in a Spider-Man film together with older Peter Parker actors Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire.
Spider-Man: Far From Home producer Amy Pascal is also "definitely" interested in a mutliverse crossever between Marvel's current webslinger and Sony's former Spider-Men.
Speaking in an interview with Bad Taste, the Marvel producer was asked whether or not there was the possibility of seeing a multiverse movie with all three different iterations of Spider-Man in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
"There are [possibilities]. Everything is possible," Pascal told the publication. "It would be very interesting."
This isn't the first time that the concept of a multiverse has been explored. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse played around with the idea of having a multiverse host itself to an infinite number of continuities and parallel dimensions. The animated movie was an absolute hit, and according to Pascal, she "completely loved" the Oscar-winning Into the Spider-Verse.
For those who haven't seen the film just yet, Into the Spider-Verse has new Spider-Man Miles Morales teaming up together with Peter Parker and all other different Spider-people from alternate realities to help fix the multiverse.
"In this sense the multiverse is a winning idea, because it opens up endless possibilities," Pascal said. "We can literally do everything."
Of course, this has yet to be achieved in a live-action film. Wouldn't it be exciting to see Marvel trying to explore a multiverse in Phase 4 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe? Pascal's eagerness for a multiverse movie seems like a good indicator that we might get one someday, though we've yet to wait and see.
Spider-Man: Far From Home comes swinging into cinemas July 2, 2019.
