Spider-Man: Black Spider Figure from Hot Toys Comes with a Molten Man Base

It's been an unspoken rule that each hero of the MCU has to get a new outfit with every film, and Spider-Man: Far from Home is going to give us two new costumes for Peter Parker. Just in, Hot Toys has released official promo images for their Black Spider figure, and it comes with a Molten Man base.

Here's the official description:

It's officially two weeks away from Spider-Man: Far From Home arrives in cinemas! Peter Parker returns in this chapter for a summer trip to Europe with his best friends, and he had hoped to leave Super-Heroics behind for a few weeks. While aboard, the young Spidey is recruited by Nick Fury to investigate a series of attacks, creating havoc across the continent.

To prepare fans for Spider-Man's latest adventure, Hot Toys is very excited to officially present today, the Deluxe Version 1/6th scale Spider-Man Collectible Figure featuring him in his brand new tactical Stealth Suit!

Sophisticatedly crafted with striking likeness of Spider-Man's appearance portrayed by Tom Holland in the movie, the figure features a newly developed masked head sculpt exposes part of face with 3 pairs of interchangeable Spider-Man eyepieces to create numerous Spider-Man's expressions, a newly tailored black stealth suit with intricate details, not to mention a variety of spider-web shooting effect parts for dynamic poses.

Hot Toys is pleased to have the first diorama figure base beautifully designed by Studio HIVE for the Deluxe Version. Inspired by the battle scenes against Molten Man, this elaborated diorama figure base features 2 LED light up modes is absolutely a must-have for fans of Spider-Man.

Add the latest Spider-Man to your friendly neighborhood of Marvel collectibles today!

While I thought to have the regular head was fine, the figure goes above and beyond and you can see Peter Parker's sculpted eyes when he lifts the Spider-goggles. The eyes also come in different shapes for multiple expressions, and you also get a variety of web accessories.

I also think this is a neat detail, but the stone in between the Molten Man base kind of resembles Mysterio's logo with the eye inside a triangle. Everyone who's read a comic is already sure that Mysterio is the real bad guy in this film, and it's possible that he's behind the Elementals this whole time.

For now, catch Spider-Man: Far from Home when it hits theaters July 4.
