Shooting Stars episode 3 reveals that Oh Han Byul and Gong Tae Sung had a romantic relationship before working together at Starforce Entertainment.
The new tvN drama features Lee Sung Kyung and Kim Young Dae. It tells the story of Oh Han Byul (Lee Sung Kyung), the head of an entertainment agency’s PR team, who meets her greatest nemesis, Kim Young Dae’s Gong Tae Sung.
The drama itself also depicts the realistic set-up of people who work for celebrities behind the scenes in South Korea’s entertainment industry.

Shooting Stars Episode 2 Recap
Shooting Stars episode 2 welcomes Gong Tae Sung back after completing his charity project in Africa. With his return, Oh Han Byul’s life starts to be a rollercoaster ride again.
Gong Tae Sung spends his time every day at the Starforce Entertainment’s PR Department office, causing the staff to assume whether he has a romantic relationship with Oh Han Byul. However, it turns out that the top star’s bullying roots in an incident six years ago.
Starforce Entertainment’s former employee, Dae Soo, appears in front of the PR department members and reveals how Oh Han Byul, a then-newbie PR staff, accidentally shared a press release that says Gong Tae Sung is impotent instead of Gong Tae Sung Cast in Movie, Secret Room.
Since then, he began to pester and infuriate her at all times.
But at the end of the Shooting Stars episode 2, a news report about Gong Tae Sung and Oh Han Byul emerges, confirming that they were once a famous couple at Haesung University.
Shooting Stars Episode 3: Oh Han Byul Starts Dealing With More Stress After Gong Tae Sung’s Return
Shooting Stars episode 3 starts with Gong Tae Sung asking Oh Han Byul whether she enjoyed herself when she sent her to Africa.
For what it’s worth, episode 2’s epilogue shows the top star going through the letters he received when he was in Africa. Although he got letters and packages from people named Han Byul, he never received anything from Oh Han Byul – not even a call.
With that, Gong Tae Sung now interrogates her about why she never called him when he was away. Oh Han Byul clarifies that she was not why he got to Africa.
While they argue over what happened in the past year, the PR staff members gather together after seeing the article about the duo’s relationship when they were in college. They now assume that Oh Han Byul and Gong Tae Sung show they hate each other to conceal their real score.
The staff members also believe that she was the one who sent the actor to Africa. When she comes back to her office, she finds out about the article and pledges to find the one who posted it.
Meanwhile, after one of the Starforce’s actors, Ahn Joon Ho, got hospitalized due to fatigue and malnutrition, Choi Ji Hoon asks Oh Han Byul to arrange psychological checkups for their artists and employees.
The team leader later reveals that he was the one who cast Gong Tae Sung to Starforce despite agencies’ attempts to win him. After seeing him at his school, Choi Ji Hoon visited Gong Tae Sung every day until he managed to add him to the entertainment’s roster of actors.

After the stress test results came out, Oh Han Byul discloses that she may soon undergo therapy if she continues to be stressed. As usual, she decides to watch a movie to relieve her tension, but Gong Tae Sung also does the same and even reserves a ticket beside her.
The outing then reminds them of a similar event that happened when they were still dating. After the movie, they start arguing over who truly sent Gong Tae Sung to Africa. Oh Han Byul takes Gong Tae Sung to Yoo Gwi Nong, who can reportedly help them decide whose “fault” it really is.
One year ago, an article about his rival came out, and the actor expressed his desire to do volunteer work in Africa. When Gong Tae Sung told Oh Han Byul he wanted to do charitable works in the country, the PR team leader disapproved as he reportedly could not do it.
Gong Tae Sung, looking more desperate than ever, yelled that he would go to Africa —and the media recorded it when he suddenly opened a door.
Before Yoo Gwi Nong shares whose fault it should be, Kang Yoo Sung appears and says it was his fault since he had a stomachache and failed to lead the actor to the dressing room.
Shooting Stars episode 3 also reveals that Gong Tae Sung’s stress level is already 100. Despite that, he goes to a fan meeting and continues working. Oh Han Byul, who stands as she looks worried about Gong Tae Sung’s health, witnesses how he collapses after the event.
Shooting Stars episode 3 epilogue displays Gong Tae Sung in the middle of a taping’s fight scene rehearsal. After seeing Oh Han Byul, he asks Kang Yoo Sung if the PR team leader is going somewhere since she is dressed up. His manager reveals that Oh Han Byul has a blind date, which surprises him.
When the filming resumes, he misses one part and injures his hand.
Shooting Stars Episode 4 Release Date and Time
Shooting Stars K-drama 2022 aired its episode 4 on April 30, and it will release new episodes every Friday and Saturday at 10:40 p.m. KST.
Meanwhile, episodes 5 and 6 will be released on May 6 and 7, respectively.
