Hyesung's Potential Charges Revealed
After his agency, Liveworks Company released an inaccurate statement, Hyesung penned another through the law firm, Best Way.
It alleged that the idol used the valet parking service at the restaurant, but the attendant left the key inside the car since he stayed beyond working hours.
"Shin [Hyesung], who was heavily intoxicated, thought his car key was inside his bag, opened the door of the car [that he drove off in], mistaking it as his own. The door was unlocked, but Shin thought it open because he had the key and had no reason to doubt that it wasn't his," it continued.
Now, the police are considering charging him for unlawful use of an automobile after he testified that he was indeed intoxicated enough for him to mistake his black Mercedes-Benz Coupe for a different car.
The stolen vehicle in question was a white Genesis SUV. The charges fall under the Criminal Act Article 331-2.
