  • Quick Answer: Alan Ritchson is reportedly under investigation after a filmed confrontation with neighbor Ronnie Taylor over a dirt bike dispute escalated into a physical brawl in Tennessee.

While Alan Ritchson found mainstream success with Prime Video's Reacher, the actor may soon find himself busy with other things off-camera. According to a recent report from TMZ, the Titans star was spotted allegedly attacking one of his neighbors in a violent assault. Here's the latest update.

Ronnie Taylor, the alleged victim, told TMZ that the physical violence started Saturday, when Alan was seen riding his green Kawasaki bike through the Nashville suburb. Ronnie claims Alan was flying at "excessive speed," which was disturbing the neighborhood's peace. This prompted Taylor to "flip the bird" at the Reacher star, who supposedly returned the gesture.

Hours later, at noon, Taylor said Alan came back to the neighborhood at the same disturbing speed, this time with 2 children on their own motorbikes (suspected to be Ritchson's kids). Taylor recounted shouting, "Can you [fricking] stop this, please?" which led to the actor allegedly punching Taylor in the face and kicking him.

"Taylor claims Alan then fell off his bike, got back up and tried to run him off," the outlet continued, "Taylor also told cops that a tussle ensued, where Alan allegedly hit Taylor in the back of the head. Taylor accuses Alan of hitting him "at least 4 times" while he was on the ground, which allegedly left him with bruises and swelling."

The Latest Development After Accusations Towards the Reacher Star

According to sources close to the actor, who reached out to TMZ, Alan Ritchson did not instigate the fight.

"Witnesses saw Alan riding his motorcycle down the street, ahead of his two kids on their mini-bikes Sunday afternoon," the outlet wrote, "We're told their neighbor, Ronnie Taylor, bolted into the street to try to stop Alan's bike in a 'really aggressive' manner."

This resulted in Alan "crashing, falling off his motorcycle and suffering cuts and bruises, as well as a minor injury to his finger." Apparently, the alleged victim "dared" Alan to hit him while yelling at the actor, who was still on the ground.

As per the report, Alan "did not take the bait" and "tried to defuse the situation by jumping on his bike to leave." Building up to what was caught on camera, it was Ronnie who first shoved Alan, prompting the actor to resort to physical violence in retaliation.

As of writing, Alan has been "cooperative with the police," and nobody has been arrested.

It is also worth mentioning that it has not been confirmed whether Ritchson was defending himself or if it was a heated confrontation that drove him to lose his cool.

In the meantime, we await the police investigation to confirm the whole story. Stay tuned.
