Rain, as an all-rounder K-pop star, has to follow beauty and wellness regimes to maintain his visuals on top.
For two decades, Rain has been working in different industries after initially failing to enter the K-pop scene with his former boy group, Fanclub. Despite his initial career fiasco, he did not let his hopes down that he tried again and debuted as a solo artist in 2002. Since then, he has become a highly in-demand artist in both the music and acting industries.
Despite having a full-packed schedule, Rain ensures that he still has some time to take care of himself.
In fact, he follows a diet plan that helps him stay fit and healthy while completing his work.

Rain's Diet 2022: How Does Korean Star Maintain His Physique?
Although he is nearing his 40s, Rain stays ripped and fit – thanks to his diet he has been following for years.
The Full House actor revealed in 2020 that he still weighed the same during his debut in 1998. During his appearance on Season B Season, he revealed that he always opts to consume vegetables and the roasted mixed nuts he prepares for himself.
In addition, he usually has smoked chicken breast or chicken yam before completing his whole meal with an apple.

Rain also shared with SBS My Ugly Duckling viewers that, due to his strict diet, he has to cook his own meals to ensure he is still following his plans.
"I buy my own food, in exactly the serving size that I need to eat, and I set it aside. So I'll ask my wife in advance, 'Do you want to eat?' And if no one wants to eat, I'll prepare a meal just for myself alone, eat it, do the dishes, and clean up everything. I like doing things that way," he explained.
He also said that Kim Tae Hee and he follow some rules in their households, especially on the portion of the meal he consumes.
Rain Also Dealt With Wife, Kim Tae Hee!
While Rain and Kim Tae Hee work together to fulfill their different diet plans, the duo almost did not make it together as the actress reportedly rejected him multiple times.
In an episode of Netflix's The Hungry And The Hairy, Rain revealed that he tried to ask Kim Tae Hee to go on a date with him five times – and he got rejected in all of his attempts. But after trying again, the actress finally said yes to him.
"During those times, she hurt me so much that I had to put a bandage on my heart," he said.
But after going through those times, the couple now lives happily together with their two children – and they are also partners in keeping each other fit!
