The Duke of Sussex detailed several encounters between him, his wife, and the royal family in his book Spare. According to him, his big brother and sister-in-law used to watch his wife's legal drama series on TV, but they didn't admit it during their first meetings with Markle.

According to Prince Harry, both were shocked when he told them about Markle. He said this about Prince William and Middleton's reaction per Page Six.
Prince Harry said he was shocked by his brother and sister-in-law's response until they told him that "they were regular — nay, religious — viewers of Suits."
Meghan Markle Recalls First Meeting With Kate Middleton
In the second episode of Harry & Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex shared how her first meeting with her sister-in-law turned out. Apparently, it wasn't as nice as many thought, with Markle alleging that Middleton was not a hugger.
