Prince William and Prince Harry allegedly had a falling-out due to his relationship with Meghan Markle.
The Duke of Cambridge was concerned about their whirlwind romance and he talked to his younger brother about it. However, the conversation turned into an argument.
Prince William And Prince Harry Allegedly Had An Argument Over Meghan Markle Romance
The book Brothers and Wives: Inside the Private Lives of William, Kate, Harry, and Meghan focuses on the feud between the Cambridges and the Sussex.
According to Christine Liwag-Dixon, the List narrator, author Christopher Andersen claimed in his book that Prince William "questioned" Prince Harry's relationship with Meghan Markle, which led to an argument.
"Harry reportedly fired back, 'Who the hell do you think you are?'" she said per Express. "The book also alleges that the fallout between William and Harry worsened when their uncle Earl Spencer agreed that the Duke of Sussex should slow things down with Meghan."
Liwag-Dixon continued, "Andersen writes, [Harry] was furious that his brother was actively seeking to have others interfere in his personal affairs."
The book reportedly touched the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's feelings about Prince Harry's marriage. The future king and queen allegedly "wanted a proper English rose" for the younger royal. They were also reportedly concerned about the negative headlines surrounding Markle and her family.
Prince William reportedly told Prince Harry to take as much time as he needs to "get to know this girl," referring to Markle. Prince Harry allegedly didn't like the "this girl" remark and found it humiliating.
The book cited an unnamed source saying, Prince William may have felt he was acting out of concern. However, Prince Harry was offended because he felt that his brother still treated him like he was immature for seemingly questioning his choice of woman.

Prince Harry Resented Brother Prince William
Royal author Andrew Morton weighed in on Prince Harry and Prince William's relationship in his interview with Fox News in October when he re-released his 2018 book, Meghan: A Hollywood Princess, with new chapters and a new title.
Morton claimed that Prince Harry wasn't happy that he supported his sister-in-law Kate Middleton from the start. However, his brother couldn't allegedly do the same for him by supporting Markle.
"I think that Harry resented the fact that he supported [William's] relationship with Kate Middleton over the years," Morton claimed. "We forget that the palace didn’t believe she and William would marry. They didn’t think she had what it took to be the future queen, initially. But Harry always supported her. He was always friendly with Catherine. They were always joking and laughing together."

"And the fact that William couldn’t do the same for him did not sit well with Harry. There’s no doubt that there was a divide between the brothers," he alleged.
Prince William and Kate Middleton will be spending Christmas with Queen Elizabeth II in Sandringham. However, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were allegedly not returning to the U.K. for the holidays.
