Prince Harry will attend King Charles' coronation for a purpose. However, it's reportedly not for a PR stunt.

Prince Harry Wants To Support King Charles?

The Duke of Sussex made several allegations against his family in his Netflix docuseries Harry & Meghan and book Spare. He also made various revelations about his family and the institution in his interview.

However, despite what he had done, his relationship with his father has reportedly improved. A friend of the Sussexes told The Telegraph that there had been "positive conversations" between the father and son.

The source also denied that Prince Harry's attendance at his father's coronation had something to do with publicity.

The source said:

"It is about showing up, showing support and being there for his father. It was a very personal decision, not a PR one."

An unnamed insider also echoed the same sentiment with The Sun. The King was reportedly "happy" that his youngest son would be joining him for his coronation.

King Charles was also understanding about his daughter-in-law Meghan Markle's decision to stay in California for Archie's birthday. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's firstborn will turn 4 on the same day as the King's coronation.

Prince Harry would miss his son's birthday to show "support for his father."

Prince Harry, Prince William Still Not On Speaking Terms

While sources gave a positive update about Prince Harry's relationship with his father, there was reportedly no improvement in terms of his bond with his big brother. The royal siblings are reportedly still not on speaking terms.

Per The Telegraph, the Prince of Wales felt betrayed by his younger sibling's revelations against their family in memoir and former interviews.

It can be remembered that Prince Harry accused Prince William of assaulting him. He also seemingly blamed the Prince and Princess of Wales for choosing his controversial Nazi uniform at a costume party.
