Cyberpunk 2077 is expected to be one of the biggest games of 2020, with many seeing it as a last hurrah for the current generation of consoles before the PS5 and Xbox Series X take over. Naturally, a lot of people are gonna want to pre-order this game since it comes from acclaimed developer CD Projekt Red, who has everyone's trust after The Witcher 3. While pre-ordering games aren't recommended since that ensures you buy a game that could be bad, Amazon does have a pretty sweet deal for interested players.
Firstly, Amazon is offering the game for $50 instead of the usual $60 and it has a number of goodies that should interest collectors. Not only will it have digital items that players will be able to use but the pre-order also gives fans some cool physical extras at no extra cost, which you can't not appreciate. They did the same thing for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt after all.
Here are the cool freebies coming with the Amazon pre-order of Cyberpunk 2077:
Physical Items
Cyberpunk 2077 physical case with game discs
World Compendium detailing the game's setting and lore
Postcards from Night City
Map of Night City
Cyberpunk 2077 Stickers
Digital Items
Cyberpunk 2077 game soundtrack
Art booklet featuring a selection of art from the game
Cyberpunk 2077 sourcebook
Wallpapers for desktop and mobile
That's a lot of cool stuff with the only things missing being an art book, though we're sure that a fancier version will be coming out after the game's release. At the least, it's nice seeing extras come with a game at no extra charge, which really needs to be normalized in gaming. Oh well.
Cyberpunk 2077 is slated for a September release for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.
