One Thing David Harbour Hated About Filming Black Widow

With Coronavirus hysteria running wild, it's hard to remember how excited we were about films like Black Widow, which is expected to come out when most lockdowns have subsided. While Disney did delay Mulan and The New Mutants, which were expected to come out in May and April respectively, it seems like that won't be the case for the latest MCU flick. We're sure the movie will be a good time, especially with David Harbour hyping up his character Red Guardian.

However, there is one thing that Harbour hated about filming the movie; fight scenes. It seems like Harbour had to do several of his own stunts and they hurt like hell, according to the Stranger Things actor. Since he is expected to go toe-to-toe with characters like Taskmaster, who has the physical prowess of Captain America, Black Panther, and Spider-Man, we can understand why he was in so much pain.

"It's awful. I mean, I just got beat up constantly. That s— is awful. Anybody who tells you, ‘Oh yeah, man, I love doing stunts,' that is nonsense. Stop it."

Considering how a random trip or elbow to the face can ruin most people's days, it's easy to see why Harbour would hate this. No one ever wants to fight constantly, unless they're in the UFC or WWE (which is scripted, sure, but still hurts like hell). Here is hoping that Harbour's Red Guardian leaves an impact, otherwise all his pain was for nothing.

Black Widow is still expected to come out on May 1.
