One Piece is back this week, with Queen continuing to wreak havoc at the Live Floor by unleashing more of his Plague Bullets. To make things even more entertaining, Queen decides to give the antidote to Apoo. Meanwhile, Kaido is still fighting with the Akazaya Nine. What will be the outcome of their battle?

Many people from both the samurai side and the Beast Pirates' side continue to turn into ice oni. Queen's subordinates feel betrayed, questioning why he shot them as well. Queen shoots at everyone again, transforming more people into ice oni. Ohmasa is on the verge of stabbing himself since he doesn't want to cause harm to his fellow samurai. Hyogoro tells him not to act so rashly and reminds him of what Chopper did in Udon.

Chopper mentions to the others that it's difficult to develop a cure while in battle. However, he points out that Queen probably has a cure for the virus he made. Queen sees Apoo running off and throws the only antidote at him. A sudden game of tag begins, and now everyone is chasing after Apoo for the cure.

At the roof, the Akazaya Nine continue their face-off with Kaido. Nekomamushi and Inuarashi attack in their Sulong form, but Kaido counters it. He tells them that they're going to die a meaningless death soon. Meanwhile, Yamato vows to protect Shinobu and Momonosuke from Sasaki and the Armored Division. He tells them about how he was at Oden's execution and was moved by it. With that, Yamato tells Momonosuke that he will die for him.
