The title of One Piece Chapter 1105 is The Height of Folly, and it begins with Saturn and Kizaru staying on Egghead Island and asking their men to return to their ships before the Buster Call can even begin.
Dr. Vegapunk tries to convince Saturn and Kizaru to stop the Buster Call but to no avail. Saturn doesn’t believe in progress, and he also blames Vegapunk for everything that’s happening due to his lust for knowledge.
As Franky, Bonney, and the others are getting into the vacuum rocket, Sanji stays behind to retrieve Vegapunk and warn Nami, who’s at the backdoor of Labophase, about the buster call.
Luffy is still missing, while Zoro is still being held up by Lucci, so Jinbei goes to put a stop to it.
Brook, on the other hand, went to help Lilith, who got left behind, to move Sunny. Since Kizaru destroyed Vegaforce-01, their plan to escape isn’t going to work anymore.
The marines began bombardment to destroy the central factory and future city of the island, much to Dr. Vegapunk’s dismay.
Worse, Kizaru also destroys the vacuum rocket’s tube with Ama no Murakumo Sword, causing everyone to drop.
That’s when Saturn orders the pacifistas to shoot Bonney and Kuma down, calling it a fitting end for the insect that Kuma is for throwing his life away for his adoptive daughter.
Elsewhere, Luffy is lying on the ground, not being able to move after eating tons of food from Dr. Vegapunk’s invention. Some of the marines found him, and they’re planning to capture him because he’s one of the four emperors.
Meanwhile, the marine ship that was sent to kill the escaping researchers sank before it could achieve its mission.
A surviving marine plans to report back to Kizaru about what happened and tell them that they’re planning to return to the island.
