Nam Joo Hyuk’s 2nd Accuser Came Forward
On June 28, My Daily News published the interview of the second victim conducted by Sports Kyunghyang.
According to victim B, Management SOOP did not check the actor’s background before filing a lawsuit against the first accuser, victim A. The new accuser reportedly attended high school with Nam Joo Hyuk and his friends, and they were their victims.
"When I was attending high school, Nam Joo Hyuk used to bully me with a group. I briefly forgot about the pains of the past, but then that wound opened up again when I saw Nam Joo Hyuk in a movie,” victim B said.
The accuser added that the Twenty Five Twenty One would always make them turn on their phone and take it without their permission. He allegedly handed in their phone instead of when he got caught using it during classes.

In addition, the new alleged victim accused Nam Joo Hyuk of taking their phone and using their money to buy game items. Despite saying that their parents paid the bill, the actor reportedly never paid them back.
On top of these, Nam Joo Hyuk allegedly had a history of physically hitting them and their other classmates.
Victim B decided to come forward after learning that the actor sued their friend, victim A. In the end, they expressed their hopes for Nam Joo Hyuk to admit his past issues and stop his activities as an actor after seeing him hurt his victims.
The same day, Management SOOP denied victim B’s accusations and called the statements “groundless.”
Nam Joo Hyuk’s Agency Warns Public It Will File Criminal Charges
Victim B released the statement even after Management SOOP released a warning after requesting a correction report from the Press Arbitration Commission (PAC).
The company said it would file charges and let its legal advisor handle the issues.
“No matter how the agency or actor reveal an official statement denying the reckless articles that take on an attitude of “whatever if it is false” and do not even check the truth and only rely on groundless rumors online, the current state leads to [the actor] being branded with a scarlet letter, which the agency really cannot help but feel distressed and regrettable about,” the company went on.
Nam Joo Hyuk himself is yet to address the issue directly.
