- Quick Answer: Mojo Party is a new Jackbox-style minigame collection inspired by the WatchMojo YouTube channel, featuring trivia, drawing, and ranking games for up to 16 players.
Welcome to WatchMojo: The Videogame. No, seriously, developer Affordance Studios just revealed Mojo Party, a Jackbox-style collection of minigames that's coming to Steam and potentially, Nintendo Switch, inspired by the massively popular brand of YouTube channels.
There will be a total of five minigames, which can then be played using different filters, including regional content, decades filter, and the following categories: TV, film, music, anime, and games.

So, for instance, you can set up a game that focuses on North American films released in the 1990s. Up to 16 players can join a match, and the game will feature online play on top of the expected offline modes, which is going to be perfect for parties and gatherings.
One of the coolest things is that players can enjoy a free version of Mojo Party at first, with more content being promised via paid DLC. Some of the games in the collection look fairly standard, like quizzes on all things pop culture, to more intricate minigames where you'll try to find your friends' tastes to earn more points than other teams.
At launch, these are the modes the Mojo Party will offer:
Know-verload
- 2-16 players
- A trivia-style game
Stack Attack
- 2-16 players
- Two teams go head-to-head to sort music, movies, and games.
The Outranker
- 3-16 players
- A guessing game where you try to match your friends' answers and climb their ranking.
Culture Inc.
- 4-16 players
- Players will pitch mashups for a big game, show, or movie
Sketched Out
- 4-16 players
- A drawing game where your whole team scribbles on the same canvas with no erasing.
There is no release date set at the moment, but you can wishlist the game on Steam. As stated, a Nintendo Switch version is also in the works, but it has yet to be confirmed.
