After premiering in April, the Mission: Yozakura Family anime’s English dub release date has been confirmed. As with the original Japanese language version, the English dub will also be released on Hulu in the US.
Hulu confirmed the English dub’s premiere earlier today in a report by Anime News Network. From the looks of it, a bigger reveal will be made closer to or during its launch.
For now, fans will need to wait for more details, but at least the wait for the dub isn’t going to be long.
Mission: Yozakura Family English Dub to Stream on Hulu Next Month
Mission: Yozakura Family is the latest anime from Silver Link, the studio behind shows such as Sasaki and Peeps and Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable.
Similar to the studio’s other recent works, Yozakura is based on an ongoing manga that has been serialized since 2019 in Weekly Shonen Jump.
Initially announced back in December 2022, the anime finally premiered in Japan on April 7, followed by a streaming release on Hulu in the US and Disney+ in other regions.
This continues the recent trend of Hulu/Disney+-exclusive anime including titles such as Heavenly Delusion and Go Go Loser Ranger.
While it did not get a simuldub release, Hulu finally confirmed that the show will get an English dub next month, with the first episode set to be released on June 17, 2024.
The dub version will likely also get one episode a week. Given that the anime is reported to have 27 episodes, that means fans can look forward to new episodes of the dub until late 2024.

Yozakura Family’s English Dub Cast Will Likely Be Announced Soon
For its voice cast, the anime tapped plenty of notable Japanese VAs, including Reiji Kawashima (Finn Ames in Mashle), Kaede Hondo (Maple in Bofuri), Katsuyuki Konishi (Tengen Uzui in Demon Slayer), and Aoi Yuki (Maomao in The Apothecary Diaries).
Currently, there’s no word yet on the Yozakura Family’s English dub voice cast, though it’s a safe bet that it will feature notable names in the English dub VA scene.
As for when the cast will be revealed, details may be announced in the coming weeks. At most, it will take until the first episode’s release before the cast is revealed.
This is the case with some shows such as the similarly Hulu-exclusive Summer Time Rendering, which only confirmed its dub cast upon its global launch.
