Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been peacefully living in Montecito, California with kids, Archie and Lilibet, for two years now. Initially, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex cited the unending attacks of the British media as one of the major reasons why they decided to step back from their senior royal duties.
Reports even suggested that Meghan Markle and Prince Harry want to protect their children from bad PR as much as possible. The Sussex pair, during their bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey last year, also divulged that the ongoing “racism” in the palace pushed them to ditch the royal life for good.

Are Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Planning For Baby Number 3?
Prince Harry, in an interview with Dr. Jane Goodall for Vogue Magazine, revealed how many children he would like to have. Meghan Markle co-edited the entertainment and lifestyle publication’s September 2019 issue and Archie was about four months old at the time.
While talking to Jane, Prince Harry opened up about his environmental sensitivities. The husband of Meghan Markle stated:
“What we need to remind everybody is: these are things that are happening now. We are already living in it. We are the frog in the water and it’s already been brought to the boil. Which is terrifying.”
Dr. Jane Goodall agreed, saying:
“Happening and happened. It is terrifying. Especially as you’ve just had a baby.”

Prince Harry laughed at Jane’s remark and answered, “I know.” It prompted Jane to ask, “Well, it does make it different, doesn’t it?”
The better half of Meghan Markle went on to discuss his views on parenthood and the responsibilities towards the new generations. Prince Harry shared:
“It does make it different. I think, weirdly, because of the people that I’ve met and the places that I’ve been fortunate enough to go to, I’ve always had a connection and a love for nature. I view it differently now, without question. But I’ve always wanted to try and ensure that, even before having a child and hoping to have children…”
While laughing, Dr. Jane Goodall added:
“Not too many!”
Prince Harry, then, responded:
“Two, maximum! But I’ve always thought: this place is borrowed. And, surely, being as intelligent as we all are, or as evolved as we all are supposed to be, we should be able to leave something better behind for the next generation."
Jane claimed that the future is “stolen” from the new generations, saying:
“But, in fact, we’ve stolen their future. Not all of it. But we’ve got to try and pay a little of it back. And get together to try and heal some of the harm, and at least slowdown climate change."

Prince Harry retorted:
“What I love about your work is that you focus on the younger generation. [When] you start to peel away all the layers, all the taught behavior, the learned behavior, the experienced behavior, you start to peel all that away and at the end of the day, we’re all humans.”
While it is not impossible for Meghan Markle and Prince Harry considering to have baby number 3 anytime, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are unlikely to have a third child soon. That is, of course, if the father of Archie and Lilibet has not changed his mind over the past two and a half years.
Meghan Markle And Prince Harry Honor Princess Diana And Doria At Very Milestone
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry ensure that the late Princess Diana and Doria Ragland are included in every milestone of their lives. Jack Royston, in a recent episode of The Royal Report podcast, talked about how the Duke and Duchess of Sussex made sure to honor their mothers at the NAACP Image Awards.
Jack said:
"The subtle references are arguably the best ones. Meghan also had some of Diana's jewelry on, including her engagement ring, which had stones from Diana's collection."

To recall, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry graced the gala alongside Doria Ragland. The former Suits actress, at the time, sported a dress that seemingly paid tribute to the late Princess Diana, who happened to wear a dress of a similar silhouette during her 1988 state visit to Thailand.
As if that is not enough, Meghan Markle also sported some jewelry from Princess Diana’s collection during the said event. The mother of Prince Harry died in a tragic car accident on Aug. 31, 1997.
