Donnelly joined the pantheon of actresses who have played Supergirl on screen (albeit in a voice role in her case). She also auditioned to play the character in live-action in the DCU, but she lost the role to Milly Alcock. She reprised the voice role in Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths.
