Jeremy Renner will return as Mike McLusky in Mayor of Kingstown Season 4, alongside new cast members including The Sopranos veteran Edie Falco.
As the stakes are now higher and Mike’s control over Kingstown is threatened, here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming season.
When will Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 be Released?

More than a year after the third season ended, Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 will finally premiere on October 26 on Paramount+.
The new season will kick off with a special two-episode release, followed by weekly episodes thereafter.
Like the previous seasons, it will feature 10 episodes exploring systemic racism, corruption, and inequality in Kingstown, Michigan.
If the schedule holds, the fourth season is set to conclude on December 21.
Who are the Cast of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4?

Of course, Renner will return as the lead star, Mike McLusky, in Mayor of Kingstown Season 4 alongside other main characters who survived the events of the Season 3 finale, including Hugh Dillon as Ian; Taylor Handley as Kyle; Tobi Bamfeta as Bunny; Hamish Allan-Headley as Robert; and Necar Zadegan as Evelyn.
New additions to the cast include Edie Falco as Anchor Bay’s new prison warden, Nina Hobbs, and Clayton Cardenas as Deputy Warden Torren, the “right-hand man” of the incoming deputy who will take over leadership at Anchor Bay following Kareem’s (Michael Beach) death.
Lennie James also joins the new season as Frank Moses, a respected figure in Detroit and throughout Michigan, while Laura Benanti appears as Cindy Stephens, a new correctional officer.
What Do the First-Look Images Mean for Mayor of Kingstown Season 4?

Alongside the announcement of Mayor of Kingstown Season 4’s release date comes a batch of first-look images introducing Falco’s character, Nina Hobbs.
The new prison warden appears to have several tense interactions with Mike, suggesting that things at the prison may go south. There’s also a solo image of the new mobster, Frank Moses.
Judging by these images, the voids left by deaths in the previous season may be addressed this time, though the developments don’t look promising for Mike.
Frank seems to be taking over from the Russian mafia after Mike eliminated them and killed Milo. In fact, Lennie James told ScreenRant that his character would “be working with and against Mike” to establish power in the area.
The promotional images also show Kyle in prison following his arrest in the previous season after shooting Robert, while Mike fails to convince Evelyn (Necar Zadegan) to grant him a pardon.
Additional photos depict Evelyn meeting with Ferguson (Hugh Dillon), hinting at her efforts to free Kyle, though she may take a less diplomatic approach than Mike.
With these exciting turns of events, things are set to be even grittier—and if not more intense—when Mike returns to Kingstown this October.
