Wizards of the Coast has announced that there will be an update to the Magic: The Gathering Banned & Restricted list impacting four formats: Historic, Modern, Pauper, and Pioneer. The company has posted the reminder on the official MTG Twitter account, with people responding with speculations of the changes they will make on Monday.
Here are some guesses on what the upcoming Banned & Restricted update:
Nexus of Fate - Banned in Historic format
Splinter Twin - Unbanned in Modern
Inverter of Truth - Banned in Pioneer
Stonehorn Dignitary - Banned in Pauper
Mystic Sanctuary - Banned in Modern
Arcum's Astrolabe - Banned in Modern
Uro, Titan of Nature's Wrath - Banned in Modern
Most of these cards will probably be banned due to how dominant decks that use them are in their format's metagames.
