Orange is the New Black star Laura Prepon and Hell or High Water star Ben Foster's divorce proceedings have intensified as they accuse each other of inappropriate conduct.
Last year, Foster filed for divorce from Prepon after six years of marriage, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason behind their separation.
Laura Prepon and Ben Foster Are Both Claiming 'Inappropriate Marital Conduct' Amid Divorce
Prepon and Foster have accused each other of "inappropriate marital conduct" in their ongoing divorce proceedings.
According to reports, on March 18, Foster filed an amended document citing "inappropriate marital conduct" as the reason behind their separation.
He alleged that the conduct was "cruel and inhuman treatment" and "renders further cohabitation [with Prepon] unsafe and improper."
A day later, Prepon filed a response and denied that she was guilty of "inappropriate marital conduct" and demanded "strict proofs" of Foster's claims.
She also claimed that her ex "has been guilty of such cruel and inhuman treatment" and is "guilty of habitual drunkenness."
Foster has requested the court for joint custody of their two children since they are both "fit and proper parents."
However, Prepon "denies that both parties are fit and proper parents to be awarded the joint care, custody, and control of the parties' minor children and demands strict proof thereof."
She requested that she "be designated the primary residential parent of the parties' minor children" and that it "is in the children's best interests."
Foster's attorneys have released a statement saying, "This is simply the standard procedure for divorce cases in Tennessee since we are not a no-fault state."

Prepon and Foster started dating around 2016. They were longtime friends before they entered into a relationship. They got engaged just months later.
The Orange is the New Black actress gave birth to their daughter in August 2017. They got married a year later in June 2018 and had a second child together in early 2020.
However, in November of 2024, Foster officially filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences." The official date of separation was listed as Sept. 9, 2024.
