A new release date has been announced again for the upcoming Sony's Spider-Man Universe (SSU) film Kraven the Hunter.
There has been anticipation for the upcoming film since it will mark the fan-favorite Spider-Man villain's big-screen debut with Aaron Taylor-Johnson playing the role.
The film was supposedly set to release last year before it was delayed to the summer of this year due to the Hollywood labor strikes. Now, the date has been shifted again.

Kraven the Hunter Shifts Release Date to December 2024
Recent reports have confirmed that Sony shifted the release date of Kraven the Hunter to December 13, 2024. It will be available in IMAX and premium screen formats.
It was previously scheduled for release in theaters on August 30. Now, the studio is positioning the film as their R-rated offering for the holiday season this year.
The shift was made after Sony decided to move the release date of the new Karate Kid movie to May 30, 2025, from its original December date which now Kraven the Hunter has vacated.
The holiday season is slowly going to be crowded as a result of the SSU movie's release date shift since The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim, Sonic the Hedgehog 3, Mufasa: The Lion King, and Nosferatu are also scheduled around that period.
This news could be disappointing for some fans since they now have to wait a little longer before they can finally see the film, which has been delayed a few times already.
However, in the aftermath of Madame Web's disastrous reception, most fans might also be less excited about the film and are cautious about their excitement about Kraven the Hunter.
