Kathryn Hahn recently addressed Agatha Harkness' upcoming appearance in an episode of What If...? season 3, and her reaction may surprise you.
The fan-favorite WandaVision villain is set to return in the upcoming series Agatha All Along where she will become the story's main focus and explore more of the witchcraft side of the MCU.
Fortunately for fans, it won't be her only MCU appearance in the future as it was confirmed recently that Agatha Harkness will also make an appearance in a musical episode of What If...? season 3.
Kathryn Hahn is Unaware of Agatha Harkness' What If...? Season 3 Episode
In a recent interview, Hahn was asked about Agatha Harkness' upcoming appearance in an episode of What If...? season 3.
Surprisingly, she claimed that she was unaware of her character's appearance in the series and it was the first time that she heard of the idea.
"This is the first I've heard of it. Yeah. Heard it from you first," the actress said. "I don't know. Marvel likes to knock everyone off their feet."
It is hard to tell whether Hahn was just lying as she is currently not allowed to discuss her involvement in What If...? season 3 or a different actress will be voicing Agatha Harkness instead.
This response might come off as a huge surprise for many fans as they would think that Hahn is aware of what Marvel has in store for her character in the future.
However, we also know that Marvel Studios is being secretive with their upcoming projects and the actors are under strict NDAs so we also can't expect them to address the MCU secrets broadly.
For now, let's wait and see how Agatha Harkness' What If...? season 3 will play out and whether Hahn is reprising the role.
The first two episodes of Agatha All Along will premiere on Disney+ this September 18.
