Kate Middleton attended Remembrance Sunday and stood on the balcony of the Foreign Office overlooking the Cenotaph with Queen Consort Camilla. A photo of the Princess of Wales from the same event featured on a tabloid's front cover raised eyebrows because she looked different in it.

Photoshopped Image Of Kate Middleton Used On Tabloid's Front Cover?

The Duchess of Cambridge was featured on Mirror's font page about the story of the royal family members attending Remembrance Sunday service in London. However, her picture significantly looked different from the original version, 7News.com.au reported.

Royals fans and readers quickly noticed the difference between the original picture and the snap on the front cover. They accused the tabloid of photoshopping Middleton's picture to make her look "ghastly."

In the original snap, Prince William's wife looked thoughtful and reflecting while pursing her lips. On Mirror's front cover, she appeared to have deep eye bags, and the lines around her jaw and neck were more prominent.

If the two photos are placed side by side, Middleton looks visibly 10 years older than her actual age, 41, on the tabloid's front cover.

Netizens React Over Alleged Photoshopped Image Of Kate Middleton

Many fans and readers immediately took to social media to call out Mirror for allegedly altering Kate Middleton's photo on the cover. They were convinced that the Princess of Wales' picture on the front cover was edited.

"What in the ever-loving god did they do to Princess Catherine's picture?" one Twitter user wondered. "How disgusting to photoshop the photo in this way!"

"How dare they edit the picture of princess of wales they making her look old is this to make tw feel better it's fake," a second user commented.

"She is portrayed to look a lot older, my bet TW had an hand in this, disgraceful way to treat our princess," a third person said.

"Yeah the Mirror's picture is supposed to be from the same space time continuum !! Outrageous of them," a third user added.

Meanwhile, some netizens also defended Mirror. For them, the photo was taken badly due to the poor lighting cast by Middleton's hat.

"Like Meghan has any pull with The Mirror [laughing emoji] it's a crap photo down to poor lighting, her hat and the expression she was pulling at the exact moment the photo was taken. Not everything is a conspiracy," one commented.

"Meghan has a hand in making Kkkate look old? The mirror pic is damn near identical to the original. Meghan doesn't care about Kkkate to debase herself and work w right wing publications. She's here living her life," another said.

"Exactly also it's not photoshopped it's brightened to eliminate the shadow casted by the hat. Which doesn't typically look great if you go to extreme lengths. Here are photos that were from then just not brightened she's still not looking great," a different person wrote.
