TMZ reported that Kanye West has been playing a cat-and-mouse game over a lawsuit for the past few weeks. Thomas St. John, the rapper’s former business manager, claimed he could not serve the former husband of Kim Kardashian with court documents, and he is suing the “Praise God” rapper for $4.5 million.
It was reported that Kanye West must be served physically or by other means before proceeding with the action for unpaid fees. Thomas St. John claimed his ex-client has been avoiding him since he was unable to discover a valid address.
In the previous weeks, Kanye West was sighted in Los Angeles on two separate occasions. Most, if not all, fans are aware that the “Runaway” hitmaker has been living a nomadic lifestyle in the last few months, travelling from one place to another.
To recall, Kanye West reportedly yelled aggressively at Thomas St. John earlier this year, which resulted in the dissolution of their working relationship. The ex-beau of Kim Kardashian has also been ostracized in recent weeks after making anti-Semitic remarks, and the beauty mogul is said to be attempting to handle the situation for the sake of their four kids – North, Chicago, Psalm and Saint.

The news came just days after it was claimed that Kanye West has been facing financial troubles as a result of his recently shocking remarks towards the Jews. Financial Times suggested that the rapper’s estimated net worth decreased from more than $1 billion to about $400 million due to the events that unfolded.
As a matter of fact, it has been claimed that Adidas, the former partner of Kanye West, has also been experiencing financial difficulties lately. The company has Yeezy goods valued at over $530 million that it wants to sell at a discounted price.
The staff of the sneaker giant were allegedly concerned for years that Adidas depended heavily on the Yeezy brand, which Kanye West popularized. Now, the company is said to be exerting double efforts to market its products sans the ex-husband of Kim Kardashian to prevent further losses.
This year alone, Yeezy contributed $7 to the company's overall earnings and more than $1.8 billion. Adidas terminated ties with Kanye West following his anti-Semitic statements, as did other corporations. Even Vogue and Balenciaga condemned his actions.
