Jennifer Aniston was not happy after learning that Jon Hamm was already engaged, according to a report.
Jennifer Aniston Not Happy With Jon Hamm's Rumored Engagement To Anna Osceola?
Sources told Heat World that Hamm and Osceola are already engaged. His The Morning Show co-star, Aniston, was allegedly not thrilled after learning that he would be getting married to Osceola following news of their engagement.
"She's not exactly happy about the situation," a source told the outlet of Aniston.
"But she's sucking it up and going back to the drawing board, while trying not to beat herself up. She gave it a go, it just wasn't meant to be. At least she doesn't have to sit back wondering what might have happened if she hadn't tried."
The outlet noted that Aniston wanted Hamm to join her Apple TV+ series partly because of her crush on him. However, she allegedly realized he only had his eyes on his girlfriend.
"Jon was flattered, but ultimately not tempted," the source said.
"He really adores Anna and knew he had to put his money where his mouth was after years of sitting on the fence and dodging any serious commitment."
Anna Osceola Aware Of Jennifer Aniston's Feelings For Jon Hamm?
The tipster claimed that Hamm's girlfriend was aware of Aniston's feelings for her boyfriend. An insider said Anna was "well aware" of Jennifer Aniston having a crush on Hamm.
It was reportedly "one of Hollywood's worst kept secret for years." She was allegedly aware of it even before Brad Pitt's ex-wife signed up Hamm for The Morning Show.
Is Jon Hamm Engaged To Anna Osceola?
Jon Hamm and Anna Osceola haven't confirmed their engagement status yet. So, one should take the report with a grain of salt.
However, the Top Gun: Maverick star hinted that he has plans on marrying Osceola.
When Hamm appeared on Howard Stern's SiriusXM show in September, he talked about how his love life has been integral in the "process of working on [himself]" and "unpacking" the trauma of losing his mom when he was 10, Page Six reported.
"I'm in a relationship right now and it's comfortable," he said, Entertainment Tonight reported. "It's a feeling of taking care of someone else and being taken care of."
He said he was working on himself and his mental health. He also realized that losing someone so important could block a lot of emotional accessibility, availability and vulnerability.
"It's only been in the last couple of years of me kind of sitting down and really thinking about it," he continued.
"That's made the relationship that I'm in now even more meaningful and opened up the possibility of things like being married, having kids, defining a new version of happiness, life, wellness -- all that stuff that sounds hokey and whatever, but it's real and it's what I'm working for."
