Aside from Aniston, Cole and his twin brother Dylan also worked with Sandler in the 1999 movie Big Daddy.
At the time, they were only seven years old.
"What?" his initial reaction when he learned their age. "That's hilarious. They're cool."
The vet comedian even revealed that he "set the table for the kids to hop on Friends."
"That was one thing that Jen said when I first met her. 'Just would you please break in the children for us?'" he said.
"You did, and now look at them!" Aniston agreed.
"Beautiful, great kids," Sandler replied. "Actually, I saw one of them when we were shooting Murder Mystery. I saw Dylan. It was like two in the morning, I heard a voice [in the lobby], and I was like, 'Man, that sounds familiar.'"
Dylan and Cole continue their acting careers and have both found success in their own fields.
