The White Lotus star Jason Isaacs has set the record straight regarding the rumors of tension among the season 3 cast.
Fans have been speculating that there might be behind-the-scenes drama during the making of the hit show's recent season, as they noticed that some of the cast members are not following each other on Instagram.
Jason Isaacs Addressed Rumored Cast Tension in The White Lotus Season 3
In a recent interview, Isaacs, who played Timothy Ratliff, addressed the rumors surrounding the alleged tension among the cast of The White Lotus season 3.
He explained that the cast and crew "were in a little pressure cooker together" and having conflict during filming was not avoidable.
"Like anywhere you go for the summer, there's friendships, there's romances, there's arguments, there's cliques that form and break and reform and stuff like that," Isaacs said.
"I'm careful. I'm not stupid. I look at the Internet. I only read every single word written about The White Lotus and about everybody in it."
Regarding the fans who are trying to guess which cast members might be feuding, Isaacs noted, "Nobody has the slightest clue what they’re talking about. People who think they're onto something, and it then it gets magnified because of a thousand other people. Nobody has any clue."
The actor also followed up on his previous comments about the alleged drama between the cast and crew during filming.
"First of all, it's none of your business. I'm just saying it wasn't a holiday, and partly I started saying that because people think we were on a seven-month holiday, and believe me, it felt like work a lot of the time," Isaacs said.
"It was insanely hot, and there's all the normal social tensions you get anywhere. But for all of you [that] think you've cracked it by something you think someone has posted or is in a photo or not, you're just so far from the truth, believe me."

The White Lotus season 3 aired its finale last Sunday night. As expected, it ended with major character deaths and a resolution to the surviving characters that we've followed throughout the season.
In a Greek tragedy-style ending, it was Rick Hatchett (Walton Goggins) and Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) who met their demise after a tragic shootout inside the hotel where Jim (Scott Glenn) was gunned down by Rick.
Now that the third season is in the books, all eyes are now on the fourth season, which is expected to introduce a new cast of characters and a new location somewhere in the world.
So far, the details regarding season 4 are still under wraps as White and the producers have not done any location scouting for the next installment.
