There is little doubt that Indiana Jones 5 is a secretive project considering that we're still trying to learn more about the highly anticipated movie. For instance, we still don't have a clue who Phoebe Waller-Bridge is playing in the film.
We might not know anything about her mysterious character but at least we now know that Waller-Bridge is going to look amazing in Indiana Jones 5. A new photo taken from the set offers our first look at the Fleabag star in costume.
The image was taken from the Indiana Jones 5 set in Glasgow and feature Waller-Bridge in a burgundy coat, a green V-neck shirt, and blue and white pin-striped pants. She tops it all off with a blue beret, round sunglasses, and a crossover purse. The look is very '60s beatnik but Waller-Bridge's coffee drink confirms we haven't gone back to the past.
Not surprisingly, the costume already has fans talking since it is further proof that Indiana Jones 5 will be set in the 1960s. Sadly, we're still no closer to finding out more about Waller-Bridge's character but we're pretty sure she's a very stylish lady.
Things might be going well for Indiana Jones 5 right now but the project hit a speed bump early when it started production. Lead star Harrison Ford suffered an injury while rehearsing a fight scene in June and had to take a break from filming. Luckily, it looks like Ford is recuperating quickly while his co-stars continue working.
Indiana Jones 5 has not yet been given an official title. The film is scheduled for release on July 29, 2022.
