Incredible Hulk Star Lou Ferrigno Hospitalized After Pneumonia Vaccination

Before we had impressive CGI, fans were content with Lou Ferrigno's portrayal of the Jade Giant during the Incredible Hulk television show that was popular during the 1970s. While the general public is more aware of Mark Ruffalo's version of Hulk these days, the MCU and comic books owe a lot of the current character's portrayals to Ferrigno.

This is why fans were worried when Ferrigno revealed that he was hospitalized after a vaccination shot went awry, though not too bad. On Instagram, Ferrigno warned fans about how they take these shots, telling them to pay attention to how the person uses the swabs and make sure that the needle comes out of the vein/arm properly. Nice to know that this didn't turn him into an anti-vaxxer.

We don't know when he'll be out of the hospital but it doesn't seem like his stay will be too long. The former Hulk even put the hashtag #illbeokay, to make sure his family, friends, and fans are in the know about his condition. Here is hoping that we get to see more of the actor, who has been in a number of cameos over the years, some of which were from the MCU.

Ferrigno probably won't appear in April's Avengers: Endgame, as cool as that would be, but we will see Ruffalo's version of The Hulk, who will hopefully get his revenge on Thanos.
