Harry Potter star Jessie Cave has launched an OnlyFans account to help her “get out of debt”, which has surprised many.
The 37-year-old actress, known for playing Ron Weasley's girlfriend, Lavender Brown, in the series, revealed in a podcast that she will be posting photos catering to a specific fetish on her account.

Actress Jessie Cave recently shared a surprising update about her life in her Before She Speaks podcast, revealing that she has joined OnlyFans, and it has something to do with financial security.
In her YouTube podcast, she talked about creating an account for people with a fetish for hair, with her partner, stand-up comedian Alfie Brown, noting that it is not a “sexual one.”
She added that she wants to have a “Slutty Mormon” appearance, which she describes as “a kind of very pure aesthetic.”
The comedian also promoted her OnlyFans on Instagram, captioning, “I’m starting an OnlyFans for my hair. It’s niche even for me. Join me on this strange new journey.”
Cave, who shares three sons and a daughter with her boyfriend, explained to him and her viewers in the video that she needs to upload the “best quality sounds” while brushing her hair and doing “sensual stuff” with it.
The Love Sick illustrator wrote on Substack that she plans to keep the account for a year and shared her reason for joining the adult content platform:
“My aim? To get the house safe, cover the arsenic/lead wallpaper, build a new roof, etc. My aim? To get out of debt.”
She also mentioned that her goal in monetizing her hair is to prove wrong those who thought of her as “so sweet.” At the same time, she wants to empower herself and invest in “self-love.”

Aside from Cave, many internet personalities and well-known Hollywood stars have joined OnlyFans and have publicly shared how it has helped improve their finances.
One of the first major celebrities to reveal that she had risqué photos locked behind a paywall on the platform was Bella Thorne. The former Shake It Up star reportedly earned $1 million in a single day when her account was still active.
In a similar vein to Cave, who plans to make money off her hair, Lily Allen also joined OnlyFans to sell photos of her feet. She shared on her X account that it brings in a more handsome profit than her Spotify albums.
Actor and WWE superstar John Cena also surprised many with his appearance on the platform, though for a different reason. His photos, paired with suggestive captions, were meant to advertise his film Ricky Stanicky last year. Even OnlyFans helped promote it.
Other A-listers and well-known influencers who are reportedly earning well from the site include Iggy Azalea, Cardi B, Tana Mongeau, Belle Delphine, and Amber Rose
