Fast X is already in theaters and it is packed with action and fun. The team added a number of new faces for this installment, including Jason Momoa, whose character will surely capture you.

Fast X Movie Review

Fast fans probably know by now that the series is about family. And at this point, it has been taken to another level. Warning, spoiler alert!

Fast X takes off from 2011's Fast Five when Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his "family" stole a vault of money from drug kingpin Hernan Reyes (Joaquim de Almeida). Hernan was badly hurt during the bridge chase and later executed by Diplomatic Security Service agent Luke Hobbs (Dwayne Johnson) to avenge his comrades.

Fast forward, Hernan's son Dante (Jason Momoa) comes into the picture to avenge his death. Dante is smart, fun, and vengeful.

He sets up everything to make Toretto and his family fall apart. Momoa's character was very different from what we saw in DC's Aquaman and Netflix's Slumberland.

He seemed fun but criminally insane. He even successfully threw the whole team in disarray, according to Phil Star.

Dante repeatedly said he didn't want to kill Toretto. However, he wanted to see him suffer.

While Momoa's addition is refreshing, fans might tire of Roman (Tyrese Gibson) and Tej's (Ludacris) bantering. The addition of Rita Moreno and Helen Mirren in the franchise also stirred excitement, but they only got supporting scenes with Diesel.

Aside from Momoa, Cipher (Charlize Theron) and Letty's (Michelle Rodriguez) fighting scene in the subplot is among the most fun to watch. It's one of the best combat scenes in the film.

Overall, Fast X is fun to watch. However, since the franchise has a way of bringing back characters, we thought were dead, like Letty and Han (Sung Kang), maybe it's best to find a way to bring back Paul Walkers' Brian O'Conner, whose character is not dead in the first place, into action. After all, they are a family and Brian is still around.
